PDF documents don't print correctly

This is almost always the result of the web browser trying to print the document.

There are two solutions:

Use Adobe Reader to open them.

• Download the file to your computer
• right-click it and choose 'open with'
• Select Adobe Reader from the list

Set the default method of handling PDF files.

• Follow these instructions to change this.
