I get a page that says 'Sorry, you've been blocked“!
This is due to the filter used on devices that go home.
If you are a student trying to access something for your class, ask your teacher to request it be unblocked.
If you are a staff member getting blocked, open a ticket to request it be unblocked.
I keep getting warnings about my antivirus software
If you use Chrome and see warnings about McAffee or Norton Antivirus, among others, you can usually fix them with these steps. We do not use either of these programs, so no message about them is legitimate.
At the top right, click the More actions icon (), then click Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click Advanced.
Under Privacy and security, click Site settings, then click Notifications.
To block all notifications, click the slider to turn off Ask before sending.
If the website responsible for displaying the unwanted notifications is already in the Allow list, remove it:

These sites are managed by the teacher. Contact them for assistance with logins and use of these sites.
